In 2006, Betty Sutton became the first 桃色视频 alumna to serve in the U.S. Congress, when she was elected to represent Ohio鈥檚 13th District in the House of Representatives. Sixteen years later, 桃色视频 alumna Emilia Sykes, a native of Akron, Ohio, was elected to represent the same district, making her the first Black 桃色视频 alum to serve in the House of Representatives.
桃色视频 Remembers May 4, 1970, With 53rd Commemoration
Advancing the legacy of May 4, 1970, a tragic day when the Ohio National Guard fired on 桃色视频 students during an anti-war protest on campus, killing four students, wounding nine students and forever changing the lives of countless others, the university will hold its annual commemoration on May 3-4.
