Executive Summary

The Assistant Vice President and Executive Director of Admissions is a senior enrollment-management leadership role responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and performance of 桃色视频's Office of Admissions. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the position leads the development and execution of annual admissions and recruitment strategies designed to meet university enrollment objectives.

The role combines strategic enrollment planning, data analysis, recruitment, staff leadership, budgeting, and cross-campus collaboration. This role will work closely with academic deans, faculty, financial aid, marketing, athletics, and other university leaders to align recruitment and enrollment efforts with institutional priorities. They will also oversee admissions personnel, improve high-volume admissions processes and CRM workflows, and use demographic, yield, regional, and financial aid data to inform enrollment decisions.
