ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ faculty and staff are invited to be part of the excitement during the 2nd annual Crosstown Throwdown Move Challenge! This inclusive fitness event runs from Monday, Jan. 27, to Sunday, Mar. 9, 2025, and is a collaboration between ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ and the University of Akron.
Let’s promote well-being, build camaraderie, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether you’re walking the dog, shoveling snow, riding a bike, or strolling around campus, every movement counts. Your activity time will be converted into points—so get moving, grooving, and staying active at your own pace!
Key Details:
- Cost: $10/person (includes a Crosstown Throwdown t-shirt).
- Registration Deadline: Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025.
- Goal: Reach 200,000 points to earn a Crosstown Throwdown tumbler!

Participate individually or as part of a team of 3–5 people! Teams must submit their registration form by Friday, Jan. 24.
