Fostering Pathways for Bright Futures

Fostering Pathways for Bright Futures creates pathways to postsecondary education and credential completion for young people ages 14–24 who have been impacted by gangs, juvenile justice and/or foster care systems. Through advising, workshops, life skills development, career exploration and transition planning, participants are supported as they prepare for their next steps.

Prison Reentry Program

The ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Prison Reentry Program provides comprehensive education, career, and supportive services to help justice-impacted individuals successfully reintegrate into Northeast Ohio communities. Individualized planning connects participants with resources that support educational attainment, career exploration, job readiness, and employment.
