Melinda Velka
Biography
Melinda joined the College in 2016. She started as the front desk clerk, then transitioned briefly to the main campus’ payroll department. It is safe to say that Melinda soon realized that she missed the CPM campus, as she later returned as the CPM Enrollment Coordinator. The main projects she is involved in include application processing and student enrollment (various work-study positions).
When asked what she enjoys most about her current position, Melinda mentions the ability to meet new people and interact with students on a day to day basis. Learning about each student’s journey to Podiatric Medical school is what truly makes them unique.
Melinda’s absolute favorite thing to do is to travel! She lives going to new places and is always ready to plan her family’s next vacation/adventure. She also loves to cook and bake.
